Pods
These small structures have been a very useful tool for education. Led by Trilby Multimedia, the pods are being used with small focus groups of students where a high level of attention and feedback is required. The Pods pack down to fit in the boot of a car and can be easily carried by one person.
The structures have been made with removable hinged doors. This enables the structure to act as an open and inviting public space and/or be closed up to provide a private space, free from outside distraction and much of the interference caused by noise and light. LED lighting is semi-permanently fixed into the walls and ceiling.
Using touch-screen computers and interactive programmes developed by Trilby along with video-diary equipment inside the Pods, they have been touring country, completing in-depth educational projects. The projects have been so successful that they have now bought 4 of our Pods.
